"When my husband is out of town, I usually can't sleep well. Judith's Peace CD has solved this problem."

ó Dr. S. Cadwallader, Texas

If you struggle with sleep, are getting admitted to the hospital or just can't relax, after listening to the "MEE® Concert," listen to "MEE® in the Key of Peace!" Developed over a five-year period, this recording is used for insomnia, road rage, high blood pressure, hospital stays or sleep disorders — if the listener likes violin music. It evolved from Judith's original recording, which significantly reduced high blood pressure levels, replacing post-surgical medication for a loved one in a hospital. Dozens of personal performances followed with music selected by audiences within a special format that evolved into "MEE® in the Key of Peace."

Judith Pinkerton performs 33 classical favorites on solo violin with music combined to sound nonstop, featuring classical, folk and world music styles. Tempos are played moderately fast at the beginning of Track 1, creating mildly energizing music. The music slows and soothes through Track 2. The listener may move into a relaxed or drowsy state by the end. Researchers have reported a state of relaxation for subjects listening to Brahm's "Lullaby," Saint-Saens' "The Swan," Schubert's "Serenade" and "Ave Maria."
